A great way to end the year 🎉

Our newest site, Lynden Place in Topsham, has been awarded the Bricks Site Recognition Award for the second time this year 🧱🏆

Sites are scored by LABC Warranty risk management surveyors during regular inspections at key stages of construction. Awards are given to sites that consistently score highly for cooperation, health & safety, site tidiness, quality of site management and workmanship.

It’s a fantastic accolade and a real testament to the whole team for keeping the site running to such a high standard 👏

Even better — we’re now shortlisted for Development of the Year ✨

We are delighted to have our first resident at Lynden Place! 🍾🥂🎉

Sales negotiator Eve Price and the construction team proudly handed over the keys, along with a bottle of bubbles and a welcome hamper, to Sandra as she stepped into her brand new Heritage Homes home. We wish Sandra many years of happiness in this exciting new chapter of her life. 🥰

And with that, we can now look forward to our schedule of completions over the next few months making this development a wonderful place to call home for many more.

He may not have won the national award in London last week, but Phil is always a winner in our eyes 🏅 and he didn’t go home empty handed as he was still named LABC Site Manager of the Year for the South West! It was a fabulous event and amazing to see so many thriving companies in and around Exeter. We were honoured to receive this award, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the hard work, dedication, and passion of everyone at Heritage. This award is a testament to our commitment to excellence, quality, and innovation in the homes and communities we create.

A huge thank you to the Exeter Property Awards for recognising our efforts, and to all our sub-contractors, consultants, and homeowners who have been with us on this journey. We are so proud of what we’ve achieved together, and this is just the beginning!

⭐️ Hot off the press! 🏆 It has just been announced that our very own Phil Cornelius has won the LABC Building Excellence - Best Residential Site Manager (South West)! It is great to see that Phil's hard work at Rosebanks, Thorverton is being recognised! Its a beautiful rural site that deserves the spot light!

Not only did he win the regional awards but he is now up for the Grand Final against the whole of the UK - wish him luck!

Anyone spotted this beautiful mural going up in Exeter by Garf?! It is part of the Green Futures celebration and we are so proud that a Heritage Home is part of it! Can't wait to see it completed!

Cycled to Exeter today to work on my mural... well it is all about saving the planet!

Having said that Exeter could be doing a lot more to become cycle friendly... we need city planners that actually use bikes.
