Hector Pearce LLP is delighted to announce Great Western Railway (GWR) has secured a major office building in Plymouth next to the city’s station, as part of its commitment to rail-led regeneration and growth in the region.

The deal represents the largest letting in Plymouth for a decade and the largest in the region outside of Bristol.

The new will bring together GWR operational and administrative teams and rail industry partners in a single modern hub adjoining Plymouth station, strengthening the station’s role as a focal point for employment, investment and future development.

The 53,650 sq ft four-storey building, set on a 2-acre site with around 100 parking spaces, will provide enhanced accommodation for operational staff, administrative teams and industry partners.

GWR Business Assurance Director Joe Graham said:

"We are delighted to announce that GWR has secured a new building lease that will provide our teams and rail industry partners with modern, fit-for-purpose accommodation for years to come.

"This significant investment demonstrates our commitment to creating an excellent working environment for our people. The building will be refurbished to deliver substantially improved facilities for operational staff, administrative teams, and colleagues from across the wider rail industry - enabling us to better serve our passengers and communities."

It will bring significant investment to Plymouth City Centre and could act as a catalyst for the wider redevelopment of the railway station".

Hector Pearce is delighted to support the Okehampton RFC Under-16 Girls rugby team this season! These young athletes embody the spirit, drive, and teamwork that we value deeply. Their commitment to rugby and to each other is inspiring and we go and watch them play regularly a long with other parents, friends and club supporters.

Okehampton RFC (aka the “Okes”) is a true community club, with a rich history founded in 1884 and a rapidly growing girls’ and women’s section. Their senior women’s team have had a successful year, clinching a national Plate title and earning back-to-back promotions.

The U16 girls team remain unbeaten this season with a number of players representing the Devon County side.

To all the U16 girls: good luck this season, play hard, support one another, and most importantly, enjoy every minute. We’re behind you all the way.
