💙 A proud moment for the KD team 💙

With the majority of our work now taking us away, we’re doing our best to keep the KD family spirit alive while balancing work, family and personal life as best as we can.

We’re incredibly proud of Reilly and everything he’s doing. Seeing him getting involved, learning, working hard and building confidence makes all the long days and time away worthwhile. 👏🔨

No matter where our work takes us, we’ll always support our family — not only throughout the work journey, but in every part of life. Family comes first, and we’ll always be there to encourage, guide and back one another every step of the way. ❤️

Building a business is important, but building memories, supporting each other and keeping the family close is what KD is really about.

A loft transformation completed by the KD Developments team 🔨

This job included boarding out the loft space, adding practical storage shelving to the gable end and party wall, fitting a new loft hatch, and finishing everything off with decoration to give the area a clean, fresh look.

Making the most of unused space and turning it into a much more practical storage area 🏠✨

A huge thank you to all of our customers, friends, family and everyone who has supported KD Developments so far. Your likes, shares, recommendations and bookings have helped us grow into something we’re incredibly proud of.

We’re excited to announce that the KD team has secured a long-term national contract, meaning we’ll be travelling for work and won’t be based locally for a little while.

That said, we’re still happy to take on local jobs where we can, so please don’t hesitate to get in touch. All work that’s already booked in will remain our top priority, and we’ll continue to provide the same reliable service you’ve come to expect.

We genuinely couldn’t have reached this point without your continued support, and we’re looking forward to seeing what the future holds.

What a lovely honest lad / firm not only did he come straight away and put on a new door, he then came back when he said he would and replaced some rotten bits of wood in the garden. He is also helping us re structural work that we to address. Please use this genuine local firm we will again many thanks

A few odd jobs completed recently for my father and his partner. 👌

We installed half-moon concrete edgers, laid underlay and decorative chippings, and finished it off with some fresh turf to give the garden a clean, tidy look. 🌿

A simple transformation that has really freshened up the space.

Now onto the next project… assembling and installing their new pergola! 🔨

🐾 Today we had a little mascot on site! 🐾

Lovely little Reggie wouldn’t leave my side all day and made sure he was involved in every part of the job. From quality control to site supervision, he took his role very seriously! 😄

A pleasure having this little helper keeping us company while we worked.

🔨 Not my usual Saturday night…

Reilly got creative this evening and decided to put his skills to the test! Under a bit of supervision, the young craftsman got stuck into building himself a kindling storage box and some handy workshop shelves using reclaimed timber. ♻️🪵

It’s great to see the next generation taking an interest in practical skills, learning how to measure, cut, assemble and make something useful from materials that would otherwise go to waste. A simple project, but a great way to build confidence and develop an eye for craftsmanship.

Safe to say the master was hard at work, and we’re pretty impressed with the finished results! 👏
