Please be aware there is a scam currently going around by someone called Annabel offering viewings on a property which Isca Bay manage in Royal Crescent, Exeter. She is trying to take a deposit to hold the property for a viewing. Isca Bay does not take a deposit for a viewing. No Letting Agency would be doing this. If someone approaches you offering a viewing on this property, please make sure you only make an appointment through the Letting Agent concerned. Isca Bay is the only Agent for this property. There is no-one called Annabel at Isca Bay. No deposit should be made or taken on a viewing. The only deposit which should be made, would be a 'holding deposit' after a successful viewing by the Agent and agreement to go forward by the Landlord for referencing. This deposit would be for one week's rent and would go towards your first month's rent. Further advice can be sought on Isca Bay's website under 'Tenant's Information'. Please report to the Police if you have been scammed.

I just had to share this with you all. It was my partner's (previously Sunshine Rentals) 60th birthday on Saturday and just look at this scrummy cake which Rida from EDAA made. It was so light and fluffy and just melted in your mouth. Sad to say it has all gone now! If you get a minute, just type in EDAA in facebook and have a look at her page, she doesn't just do cakes. An absolutely amazing person. Thanks Rida for making the day perfect with your lovely cake. ❤
