Plot 9 is nearing completion...

The scaffolding has come down. Inside, the kitchens are in, the bathrooms tiled and the second fits nearly finished.

Specialist joinery is underway across the living spaces and bedrooms, with wallpaper, paint, floor coverings and lighting all in hand.

Outside, the groundworks have begun. Trees, shrubs and lawns are being laid out according to the planting plan. ✨

The team is all hands on deck for the final push, in readiness for the handover to the new owners soon.
