We’re hiring – Part-Time Handy person

Ironworks Business Centre in Falkirk is looking for a reliable part-time handyperson to help keep our building and shared spaces running smoothly.

The role includes - but isn't limited to:

Ground maintenance (litter picking and light garden work)

Clearing rooms for new and departing tenants

Painting and basic decorating

Light cleaning in shared or vacant spaces

Helping with mail and deliveries

This is a varied, hands-on role, ideal for someone practical, dependable, and happy working independently in a friendly business community.

Flexible hours. Competitive rate.
Experience helpful but not essential – reliability and a good attitude matter most.
