We are now in talks with Falkirk Delivers and looks like we may be able to get our tenants a little bit more assistance.

Elaine and the team will be available to support businesses joining this development, as they already do for the whole town centre.

Good for advice, and they can help get you in touch with relevant authorities, and can help you access funding, training and a whole load of extras.

We plan to engage with the local council, media and other organisations to help offer businesses as much help as possible.

We look forward to bringing you more information on the additional services, support and assistance we can either provide or make you aware of.

Excited and looking forward to the challenge ahead.

My phone is constantly running out of battery and pleased to say I'm in negotiations with 15 companies, with 11 confirming bookings.

With only 23 spaces to fill, I'm humbled and thankful for the support from friends and family, and look forward to creating a new opportunity in Falkirk.

This project will involve over £250,000 investment, creating over 20 new reasons to visit the High Street, hopefully leading to more employment opportunities as well.

The entire project and investment will be 100% privately funded by me.

No grants.. no loans.. nothing but someone determined to make their town better.

Nurturing and encouraging new and small businesses is exactly what we need in the town.. not many offering that opportunity, but I'll put my money where my mouth is and will offer dedicated support to everyone that joins in this new development.

I'll not just sign you up.. ill help where I can, and can enable YOU to take that step.. open that business you always dreamed of..

Meanwhile I'll cover all the backroom costs, provide as many added services as possible and try to create an environment where dreamers and tryers are rewarded.

Sometimes.. all it takes it someone prepared to help you get your idea out to the public.

I am happy to declare I will be that person.. and if you have something that csn make our town better, then im happy to help you make that happen.

I have had a lot of interest so far, please be aware that we want to clean and paint the place, then the spaces will be marked out so you can all come and pick your spot.

Looking like 11 of the spaces are spoken for, so around half full before opening.. and we look forward to presenting a good mix of tenants to the people of Falkirk.

What people want = good mix of shops.
What businesses want = a chance to show what they can offer, without multiple weekly bills.

ONE bill.. and we will cover what we can on behalf of tenants, giving them a fixed weekly/monthly price.

On top of what we have already included, we are looking to install FREE Wifi for everyone, in the shape of a new fibre optic broadband line. Again this is one of the things we plan to provide..
.as part of the price. No extra costs apply.

When we say all inclusive.... we are trying our best to include as much as we can, giving small businesses the chance to thrive, and survive.

More is coming, we havent even mentioned our marketing plan yet, that everyone will benefit from :)

All units will be rated below £15,000 so you will be exempt from rates just by filling out a form with the council
