The Factor's new representative was here today (Friday, September 2, 2022), making a note of everything that needs to be fixed. This time is does indeed look as if the Factor is coming through with promises fulfilled. So let's hear from you and what you think needs to be spruced up, repaired or even where a portion of the Deeds' Rules and Regulations regarding common areas need to be enforced.
