Best week of the year is nearly here! Falmouth Week kicks off tomorrow night with the hugely popular Pink Wig Parade - I’ll be there with my wig and mermaid outfit on! Get tickets for the fantastic evening line ups 🩷

What’s on in Falmouth this month! Personally favourite is the Bumblebee Safari at Trebah Gardens 🐝 then the Dragon Boat Racing is definitely worth a watch 🐉 If you’re looking for music the try the Falmouth Folk Festival and Park Live at Kimberley Park (great for families!). Get a birdseye view of Falmouth on the Observation Wheel on Events Square!

If you own a holiday let in Falmouth, Penryn or the Helford, you’ve probably realised…

Good property management is hard to find.

Most companies take on too many properties — and standards slip.

We do things differently.

We only manage a small number of homes so we can give each one the care and attention it deserves — just like our own.
✔️ Hands-on management
✔️ Guest communication handled
✔️ High cleaning & presentation standards
✔️ Local, responsive, and invested

If you’re looking for a more personal, high-quality approach, we’d love to chat.

📩 Send us a message to see if we’re the right fit
