well presented and equipped student house, on the Falmouth side of Penryn. located in a quiet no through road the house can be accessed in a car from Penryn bridge, drive along Eastwood Road and onto Glasney place where you will find on street parking with no restrictions outside the house . On foot the house is 5 minutes from penryn town using chapel lane (next to the seven stars pub), then down through the pretty valley over the river and up onto glasney place. The house offers comfortable accommodation with double glazing and central heating. recently replaced quality oak kitchen with' star galaxy' black solid granite worktops, stainless gas cooker, belfast sink, washing machine, fridge freezer and integrated dishwasher as well as a table and chairs. The separate lounge has a sofa, arm chair and pouffe, coffee table, large flat screen tv, oak sideboard, sanded original wood floors and large patio doors leading onto the south facing patio with pergola and garden beyond.
