Recently completed a fantastic job for lovely clients over in Porthtowan. We created a feature wall using 18mm moisture resistant MDF cladding, which doubled as cover for some underfloor hearing pipes before refitting all skirts and making good.

Secondly the client wanted some bespoke seating bases with storage inside to compliment their brand new conservatory. They've been made to look built-in but are actually fully movable. The customer had a local upholsterer make matching cushions to finish them off

The end result of both the feature wall and the furniture are really stunning (if I might say so myself) 😎👌

Making the most of an unseasonably dry and (relatively) warm day to carry out repair works to these hardwood French doors and frames, finished in brilliant white, satin finish exterior wood paint. 😎

After a well earned summer off with the kids, I'm now full time again and first up was this garage/wet room fit out back...

After a well earned summer off with the kids, I'm now full time again and first up was this garage/wet room fit out back at a regular client down in Perranuthnoe. All bespoke made from scratch it consisted of 2x 2.4m sturdy bench style changing seats, wetsuit hanging rack, surf board racks and a new, locking door and frame entrance into an upstairs walk in wardrobe amongst many other smaller jobs.

Looking forward to coming back once the wardrobe door has been painted and the wet room has had its shower installed 😎

Engineered oak flooring and oak worktop renovation

I removed the hob and sink and gave this solid oak worktop a full sand down and clean, lightened it up to match the new flooring and finished in high grade food safe worktop oil. After that, I fitted a brand new induction hob, refitted the sink and recaulked the tile joint.
Next, I removed the the old walnut effect laminate flooring and replaced with engineered oak flooring backed by 3mm acoustic, thermal DPM underlay. New solid oak thresholds and white gloss scotia were also fitted to finish.

I think you'll agree, we got the colour and grain match spot on between the worktop and flooring. Laying the floor parralel to the top also gives the room a larger feel, as do the narrow plank widths on the flooring.

Furnished and freshly decorated, this holiday let looks great 😎👍

This incredible conservatory needed a whole new floor after a roof leak had damaged the original one. An suspended timber sub-floor was built with weather resistant materials, whilst the cause of the leak was also fixed.

Then 18 mm thick, Solid Oak tongue and groove flooring was laid on top of thermal/acoustic, damp proof underlay. With solid oak scotia trims to finish.

A truly grand floor to enjoy one of the finest views from a conservatory that you're ever likely to see 🌊🌊
