MARKETING PRICE vs ASKING PRICE they’re not always the same thing.

A marketing price is about positioning a property correctly in the market. It’s the price we choose to attract the right buyers, create interest and encourage viewings.

The asking price is simply the figure the seller is asking for and it doesn’t necessarily mean that’s what the property will sell for.

Sometimes, pricing slightly below the level you ultimately hope to achieve can create competition and multiple offers.

There’s still good demand for well presented homes, but realistic pricing and strong marketing remain key.
