☕ Kev’s Local Favourites | Mermaids Coffee Shop, Warsash

One of the best parts of being a local estate agent is getting out into the community and discovering the fantastic independent businesses that make our area such a great place to live.

This week I paid a visit to Mermaids Coffee Shop in Warsash, and I can honestly see why it’s become such a favourite with so many local people.

From their own hand-roasted coffee and delicious homemade cakes to toasted sandwiches, Jude’s ice cream and the stunning views across the River Hamble, it’s the perfect place to stop, relax and enjoy some time by the water.

As someone who lives and works locally, I believe supporting independent businesses is just as important as helping people move home. They’re a huge part of what makes our community special.
