As well as keeping an eye out for our new projects, it is vital that you register your interest via your local council’s website (or the council area you hope to build within).

The council will approve self build plots based on supply and demand from this register, therefore the more people who sign up, the more plots that will be approved and become available to those searching. This helps to ensure that everyone can find a plot to fit their needs.

- Only 2 plots remaining at Woodland Vale! -

We have now sold five out of the seven plots at Woodland Vale, and construction has commenced. This leaves the opportunity for only two more buyers to build their dream home in Swanwick.

Plots 4 and 7 are the last remaining plots on the site.

We have made further amendments to the passports for Plot 4 to accommodate demand. The new footprint has been increased in size to provide another opportunity for a 4/5 bedroom detached house. We have indicative designs drawn up to demonstrate what could be built - these are available upon request.

We also received a lot of interest in the possibility of a bungalow plot on the site. Therefore, we are offering an alternative scheme on Plot 4 for a 3+ bedroom bungalow with double carport. Both options for Plot 4 are priced at £390,000.

Plot 7 remains with the same original footprint for a 4 bedroom detached house, priced at £350,000.

It’s worth noting that all of the initial infrastructure works have now been completed on site with final service installation due to proceed shortly.

Marycourt is a new development of 4 unique three-storey four and five bedroom homes, set in a stunning seaside conservation area in Crescent Road, Alverstoke. Planning permission was approved by Gosport Borough Council in 2017 for the two sensitively converted and renovated properties and two new builds on the site.
