As 2023 comes to an end, having meditated on our plans for 2024, I felt it is important to remind ourselves of the achievements of last year as this will help us to stay focus and increase the challenge for this year.

Remember, whatever you do, the end goal must be to contribute to adding value to mankind.

As part of our contribution to solving the housing problems in our community, we are pleased to announce that we have successfully completed our 3rd major development of 8 dwellings (Dante Mews and Dante Apartments) on the Isle of Wight.

This was a very difficult site with limited space to work on. For this reason, other developers walked away from the project.

Nwodo Ventures always find solutions, that's what we are good at.

I will like to say a big thank you to our wonderful team. Most expecially, Ben Ruff and the entire team. Individually, you have showcased your respective talents in an exceptional way and collectively, the teamwork is second to none. A special thank you to you all, well done guys. We can now celebrate 🍾 ✨️ in style.
