On Thursday 20th and Friday 21st August, three of our Corrigenda colleagues swapped their usual day-to-day activities for paintbrushes, spending two days at Sunnydown School supporting our colleagues at Macro with some painting and decorating.

The team rolled up their sleeves and put their skills to great use, helping to refresh areas around the school and create a brighter, more welcoming environment for pupils and staff. It’s always great to see our colleagues using their time and expertise to make a positive difference in the communities we support.

Yesterday, we were delighted to officially welcome our Hampshire County Council team at our Day 1 Induction!

It was inspiring to bring together both new and existing colleagues as One Team, united by a shared passion for delivering an exceptional facilities management service across Hampshire's estate.

The day was packed with introductions, contract overviews and plenty of opportunities for everyone to connect, ask questions and get to know one another. It was a brilliant start that set the tone for the collaborative, supportive and high-performing culture we're building together.

A huge thank you to everyone at Corrigenda and our colleagues at Empro Group and Southern Motor Contracts Ltd, who worked so hard behind the scenes to organise and deliver such a successful event and to all our new colleagues for bringing so much enthusiasm, energy and engagement throughout the day.

This is just the beginning and we can't wait to see what we'll achieve together as we embark on this exciting journey with Hampshire County Council.

Here's to a successful partnership and an even brighter future ahead!

Corrigenda are proud to have supported Noadswood School's 'Noadsfest' last weekend, with a donation towards their incredible Performing Arts Department.

Noadsfest is more than just a festival, it's a celebration of creativity, talent and community, bringing together students, staff and families while raising funds to help future performers shine.

Happy Penguin Appreciation Day!

Today we’re celebrating one of the world’s most iconic and characterful creatures – the penguin – and shining a spotlight on a very special connection within the Corrigenda family.

Our former colleague, Lauren Elliott, is now part of the incredible team at the South Georgia Heritage Trust, working on a remote island in the South Atlantic surrounded by thriving wildlife, including vast colonies of penguins.

The Trust and its USA affiliate FOSGI play a vital role in helping to protect and preserve South Georgia’s unique natural environment and wildlife, while also safeguarding its rich history for future generations. From large-scale habitat restoration projects to ongoing conservation work, their efforts in support of the GSGSSI strategy for South Georgia (https://gov.gs/) are helping this remarkable ecosystem recover and flourish.
