Just a quick update — I’ve recently had another knee operation 🦵 but I’m now back on my feet and working on lighter duties 👍

Hi everyone,

Just a little update from me. As some of you know, I had a total knee replacement in January 2025. Unfortunately, it hasn’t gone as planned and I’ve continued to struggle with pain and movement due to the knee being positioned with a rotation.

I’m booked in for corrective surgery on 17th March, and I’ll need around 6 weeks off to recover properly.

I’m still working as normal up until then and would really like to get the diary filled before I go in. So if you’ve got any jobs you’ve been meaning to get done — kitchen fitting, property maintenance, repairs, etc — please get in touch and I’ll do my best to fit you in before surgery.

Being self-employed means I only get paid when I’m working, so your support really does make a difference and is always appreciated.
