Hi all this is one of rooms that will be available from July 2023 . It’s £550 plus £550 deposit. It’s a 12 month contract. Plus bills aprox £9 per week , 18 mins from uni. We will have other rooms available from £450 pcm. Please DM for more info.

welcome to all students if you look on uca website there is a article and all info on private student renting in farnham you will all need a uk rent guarantor if you are trying to rent a room in a student house most are 1 year contracts
