We offer a 7 day a week service 8 am till 8 pm to cater for the needs of our clients whilst recognising the importance for accurate, honest and clear reports for all parties. iVent can help your letting

business increase your reputation, by using our technology, know-how and same day service, combined with our honest, reliable and uncompromising quality service. We prepare Inventory, Check-in, Mid-term and Check-out Reports for all types of residential properties, from flats and houses, to shared accommodation, bedsits and Houses in Multiple Occupancy. Whatever your requirements are, do not get caught out if you are letting a property. Protect your interests with an independent Inventory Report prepared by us. We visit the rental property and undertake a full Inventory inspection itemising the fixtures, fittings, contents and the condition.
