We have now taken over cleaning, window cleaning, pest control, sanitary waste, and M&E services at site level, delivering a fully integrated solution for our client.

We are also providing the same services at 124 St Vincent Street, alongside conducting full emergency evacuation procedures at both locations to support the implementation of new processes and ensure the highest standards of safety and compliance 😁

Another great week for everyone at Stone Management Services 👏

We’ve been busy setting up two new buildings for our client in Glasgow, officially taking over cleaning services and key areas of M&E, with even more to follow.

We’re proud to be trusted to deliver a fully integrated service — from fire alarm maintenance and monitoring, water services including flushing, bacterial testing and legionella control, through to plant equipment, electrical services, PAT testing, emergency lighting, lifts, roofing, lightning protection, access control, pest control, hygiene services, window cleaning, and even keeping the coffee machines running so tenants can start their day right ☕

🌱 A New Chapter at 1 Queen Caroline Street
Yesterday marked an exciting milestone for us at Stone Management & Stone Security as we officially welcomed tenants into a new chapter at 1 Queen Caroline Street, together with TPM.

Behind the scenes, a huge amount of work has gone into making this transition seamless — from successfully TUPE and supporting the on-site team, to preparing them for a new standard of service across security, reception and cleaning.

Yesterday wasn’t just about operations… it was about people.

We were proud to host a welcome event in reception to introduce ourselves, connect with tenants, and set the tone for what’s to come.

From TPM-branded cupcakes and fresh fruit, to our Stone team engaging with tenants throughout the day — every detail was about creating a warm, positive first impression.

A personal favourite touch… the mini desk plants gifted on arrival 🌿
A small gesture, but one that reflects exactly what we stand for — growth, care, and long-term partnership.

We also loved seeing the new lapel pins being worn across the building — a subtle but powerful way to build identity and community within the space.

A big thank you to the entire Stone team who pulled this together — your professionalism, energy and attention to detail did not go unnoticed.
