Completion days are my favourite days ✨

There’s nothing better than handing over the keys and seeing the excitement on the buyers’ faces as they step into their new home. I always love leaving a little welcome gift too — it’s such a small gesture, but the reactions are always so lovely. Do you think they would believe me if I said I painted it myself? 😁👩🏻‍🎨

Today I’m especially pleased for my wonderful seller who can finally move forward with their plans, and for the lovely buyers who are now settling into their beautiful new home.
