When Ash visited to value this lovely vendor's home, he jokingly mentioned that he wouldn't say no to a biscuit... 😅

Fast forward to completion day, and she clearly took him seriously! 🤣

Not only has the sale successfully completed, but she's turned up with enough biscuits to keep Ash and the whole team going for weeks! 🍪🍫
