VeriSmart is recruiting for new Inventory Clerks based in East Dorset/The New Forset.
The positions are self-employed, flexible and can fit in with family responsibilities, seasonal travelling etc.
This role should be viewed as a micro business and an opportunity to build a career and learn a new
set of skills.
If you have an interest in property, are well presented, organised and have an eye for detail, then
this position could suit you.
Training will be provided and will enable you to complete:
• Inventory Inspections
• Check out inspections
• Check-ins with the tenant.
• Mid-term inspections
• Legionella Assessments
• Health & Safety Assessments
• Assorted compliance reports
There is a small cost for the training which will be required prior to the commencement of the course. The training costs can be distributed and will not be required in full at the start of the training.
To be considered for this opportunity you will require the following:
• Reliable car
• Full driving licence
• A reliable laptop or home computer
• Availability to work some Saturdays
Personal attributes:
• Excellent communications skills
• Customer service experience
• A calm, flexible and measured approach to work
• Comfortable working under your own initiative
• An eye for detail
• Excellent written skills (both spelling and grammar must be of a high level).
