Breakwater cottages has Ebb Tide cottage and Waves Edge. Both welcome up to 2 dogs. There are no restrictions on dogs within the property. If you like dogs on the sofa, then please bring throws. If you want your dogs on your bed, please cover our bedding with your own.

Love The Bay, Filey? But want really dog friendly? And no charges for dogs? Take a look at us for your winter break!

🐾 Yes dogs can go on the sofas (please bring a throw);
🐾 Yes dogs can go on the bed (please bring your own duvet case & sheet);
🐾 Yes dogs can go in every room;
🐾 No we don't charge for dogs;
🐾 Settled dogs can be left for short periods (but the onsite pub does allow dogs in the bar area);
🐾 Mostly carpeted floors in Waves Edge and only click vinyl in Ebb Tide;
🐾 All gardens are communal and unfenced. Grass just outside front door for Waves Edge and just outside patio doors at Ebb Tide.

We have Ebb Tide (sleeps up to 4) and Waves Edge (sleeps up to 6). Each welcomes 2 dogs and are a 2 mins walk apart, by the beach in Filey North Yorkshire.

There is so much to do when you stay at with us. Prices include leisure pass for:
* FREE Indoor Pool and children's pool;
* FREE gym;
* FREE sauna and steam rooms for more relaxation;
* Children's playground

Plus onsite
* Play ground
* Beauty rooms for pamper time;
* Tennis court;
* Boules court;
* Children's activities & games (school holidays)
* EV chargers
