โ€œLots of room for extended family. Grandchildren ranging from 17 to 3 years old all found something to entertain themselves, particularly the games room. Large garden but the only slight criticism would be we would have liked it fenced off, particularly as we had small children and two dogs. All said we had a lovely get together in a great house and enjoyed the area, Whitby, Hunmanby Gap beach, Skegness to name a few.โ€

โ€œWe stayed at Fern Lee as a family of 20. The house was perfect for us โ€“ lovely, spacious and comfortable, and spotlessly clean. The kids loved the hot tub and having their own lounge, while every room having its own ensuite or bathroom made things so easy. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook for 20 of us! Fantastic location, walking distance to the centre, and so simple to find from the A69. Weโ€™ll definitely be booking again โ€“ we were all gutted to leave!โ€
