We are a warm & welcoming family who has been coming to Primrose Valley ourselves as a family and we look forward to welcoming you into our loved holiday home. 3 bedrooms (sleeps 8) with blow heaters and double glazing, separate toilet, TV in the lounge, personal WIFI whilst in the caravan for mobile phones, iPads, tablets etc. Outside parking area with enclosed decking and outside tap.

Located centrally in a quiet area of park on Rose Bank. It’s a 5 min walk to the main facilities and the activity area of Lakeside. With a short cut down to the beach, a 10-minute walk, the holiday home is perfectly situated to enjoy the best that Primrose Valley has to offer. Perfect for a family adventure or a tranquil getaway with friends.
Our caravan interior has been given personal touches giving this holiday home a more welcoming and comfortable feel. On entrance to the caravan there is a light, airy open plan living room/dining room & kitchen area. The living room includes a built in L shaped sofa that has a pull-out double bed settee, gas fire and a dining area. The modern kitchen is spacious and comes complete with a gas hob, extractor fan, an oven with grill, kettle, toaster, a built-in fridge with small freezer compartment, a microwave, utensils and crockery - all perfect if you choose to cook for yourself. From the kitchen area there is a corridor which leads to the 3 bedrooms, shower room and 2nd toilet. There is one double bedroom and 2 twin rooms. There is a shower room with shower, sink, toilet, extractor & storage plus a second separate toilet with sink. To the front of the caravan is an allocated car park space with parking for 1 car. To the side of the caravan is a gated veranda.
For your convenience there is a supply of cleaning products, to be found under the sink, as well as a vacuum cleaner - our holiday home is expected to be left in the same pristine condition that you found it in so please do feel free to make use of these! We also have a hairdryer in the master bedroom and a selection of games in the living room. This is a NO smoking caravan.
Please remember to bring your own towels, tea towels and a bath mat.
Gas and electricity are included in the price quoted. Please do not charge any electric cars from the caravan supply. Entertainment passes are not included but these can be purchased quickly and easily from the main reception on arrival if required.
PLEASE NOTE; we only start holidays on a Monday or Friday, for 7 nights you can either check in on a Monday or Friday. Minimum booking 3 nights.
Contactless Check in/out - you go straight to caravan so no queuing at park reception. Arrive whatever time suits you after 3.00pm and let yourself into the van. Check out time is 10am.
