We are just a short walk away from the beach down the slope. The bungalow is situated right on the cliffe top for some fantastic views.
Head down the primrose valley to the beach. Once you’re at the bottom you can turn right to walk to hunmanby or left to walk to filey town.
The beach is dog friendly too.
Filey brigg is good for crabbing be sure to check the tide times before you set off. Its advisable to head back 3 hours before high tide to avoid getting stranded at high tide.
The cliffe climb is not on my bucket list to try again.
Filey town has some beautiful bars, restaurants, shops to explore day or night.

Holiday bungalow for rent set in the beautiful primrose valley filey bay.
Enjoy 5 miles of golden beach all dog friendly too.
2 bedroom bungalow with enclosed back garden and sea views from the front and side of the bungalow.
We have parking for 2 vehicles.
One bedroom has double bed other has a triple sleeper single on the top, double on the bottom.
Close to beach access and Cliffe top views over filey bay.
Its a quiet little spot ideal to relax and recharge.

Just a little update regarding bookings and check-in days for Jim’s Plaice by the Sea 🏡

To help us keep the bungalow maintained to the highest standards for every guest, we now have set check-in and check-out days in place. This allows us to coordinate cleaners and laundry services efficiently, as well as carry out regular maintenance and upkeep throughout the property.

As many of you know, I’ll also be personally checking in on the bungalow regularly to make sure everything stays beautiful, comfortable and perfect for your stay ❤️

Quick tour of Jim’s Plaice by the sea.
Imagine waking up with these beautiful sea views.. 1 min from Cliffe top for a beautiful sunrise.
Its the most beautiful place to be all year round I even love winter here.
We have stayed ourselves the last 2 Christmas.
In winter the waves and sea is so rough its amazing to watch.
