Our move turned into a protracted saga over many months - including on the day itself. Thoughout Smartmove management and staff couldn't have been more helpful, patient and understanding. They completely get how frustrating and impossible the process can be at times and set out to work 'with you'. Having them on your side is very reassuring. They quote very accurately, their prices are excellent and their removal staff 2nd to none. They were careful, experienced and worked like trojans. They really graft. I just wanted to send a quick email to show my thanks and gratitude for your incredible removal team who helped us move on Friday. We moved from Stackpool Road to Carrington Road in BS3 Bristol and we were recommended Smartmove by some friends.

The 3 gents who helped us were friendly, professional, considerate and ridiculously hard working. They took such care with all our possessions, they asked where things should go and took pride in doing the job properly. They were polite and thoughtful throughout the day and it made our move a lot easier. I am 1 week away from giving birth and they made a massive contribution to taking the stress away from moving house, so close to having a baby.

Please pass on our thanks and appreciation. We will be recommending Smartmove to anyone we know who is moving.

Smartmove were fantastic from start to finish! They were very accommodating of our last minute date changes and their professionalism and hardwork really took the stress out of the moving process. They split our move over two days, which meant timings on the day of completion it was very smooth and unrushed. Harvey, Reeve and James were incredible - such a good team and worked super hard getting us in on a very hot day - and with slightly tricky access at our new home. We will recommend them to all our friends and family. Thank you!

Brilliant service from start to finish. Cannot praise these guys enough. Great communication from the team and they were really flexible as our moving date kept changing and we ended up moving twice but this was no issue at all. They took all the chopping and changing in their stride. On the day of the moves the teams were hard working, polite, diligent and really quick.
I would 100% recommend them and would use them again in a heartbeat (even though I swear I am never moving again and will die here!).
