I love making sure my potential home owners know where they are going without too much fuss! Making it easy, enjoyable and just when you need it on a sunny warm day to have a comforting refreshment.

a break from my working Day and im in love with Carumbar's Southern Fried Strips and Chips well Fries! So tasty and the size of these strips! There is so much more on offer but this was a brab and go, cooked to order too & the service was great, very welcoming and friendly. If you visit Bedford or should I say make a point to visit this restaurant, you won't regret it. PS I already ate 2 before taking the picture lol

Well, there wasn't one because this was intentional!

Mental health affects us all every day positively or negatively. Yes, it's important to raise awareness, which is why there is such a day in the first instance, but me choosing to post today and not yesterday to ensure my message isn't lost.

You are not alone and do not need to suffer alone either. Every day, smile at those who pass and remember the art of greeting someone with a hello and wish them a great day. It's the small things that go a long way.

Being male often means we don't speak or seek help, we need to change this up, please 🙏🏻 reach out to loved ones, friends or an organisation to speak to if you are feeling low, because the alternative is not pretty and you are someome and worth something, you are a contributer to life, its not shameful to share you have problems that you can't deal with.
