LEGALITY OF MANORIAL AND FEUDAL TITLES
REPORT ON THE ACTIVITIES OF MANORIAL COUNSEL LTD
Manorial Counsel Ltd (Kevin Norris) and his complicit solicitors (Hattons) sell manorial and feudal titles at exorbitant prices. They are only ‘Novelty’ titles. However, Manorial Counsel Ltd mislead viewers on their website.
Dormant Manorial Titles - These cannot be claimed. Nor can a dormant title be reconstructed. There is no law allowing the reconstructing of a manorial or feudal title. No new rights of a title can be created by a solicitor or barrister.
Unfortunately, those clients who have purchased titles from Manorial Counsel Ltd are only holding novelty titles. The Notices on the Official Gazette have been submitted by Manorial Counsel Ltd Solicitors, fraudulently. The Gazette notices should be for those titles which hold a complete set of deeds, and none of the titles sold by Manorial Counsel ltd hold a complete set of deeds, in actual fact they don’t hold any deeds whatsoever. Therefore, they are novelty titles.
All the following titles are novelty titles and the clients of Manorial Counsel Ltd have wasted their money. A novelty title should not be priced any more than £50.
