• You deal with me from start to finish 🤝 from the first valuation right through to handing over the keys. You won’t be being passed from person to person

• I personally oversee the marketing of your home, and I’m a big believer that every property deserves its own approach 📸 not the same photos, caption and strategy copied and pasted ❌

• I’m not restricted by the usual 9–5. If an offer comes in at 9pm, trust me, I’m making that call 📲 I don’t believe something that important should have to wait until the office opens tomorrow

• I’m proactive. Putting your home on Rightmove and waiting for the phone to ring isn’t a marketing strategy. I’m actively looking for your buyer, not just hoping they find us 👀

• And probably the biggest difference… I don’t get paid unless I sell your home. So getting you moved isn’t just part of my job — I’m genuinely invested in getting it sold 🏠
