Recently fitted Composite door and side screen, these doors can be manufactured in a various colours/wood effects and a choice of glass designs.

They are fitted with a multi pin locking system with anti drill/bump locks for the tenants peace of mind.

SASH & CASE WINDOWS

We just completed the manufacture of these quality hardwood Sash & Case windows. We can offer these windows with single or double glazed units along with a range of hardware.

Sashes are available with either traditional cord/weights or the more modern option of spiral balances.

There is also an option of Simplex fittings on the corded version to assist on cleaning glass from within the building.

Old kitchen removed carefully & laid aside for use again in another house.
External walls stripped back complete with Internal partition wall between kitchen & dining area.
External walls insulated, new Steel beam fitted where partition came down & walls & ceiling plasterboarded then all painted after being taped & filled.
Bright new modern kitchen fitted with all new appliances & lighting.

Old dated Hardwood staircase changed to modern staircase manufactured with Oak handrails, baserails & Metal spindles, with painted stringers giving a fresh new look.
