KITCHEN COMPLETED IN SCUNTHORPE! 🛠️✅️

Phase one of this full house renovation is finished, We’ve spent the last few days getting this kitchen completely prepped, boarded, and skimmed to perfection. There is nothing quite like a fresh, glass-smooth finish to set up a room for the next stages of transformation😍

We are absolutely thrilled to be partnering up on this project with the fantastic team at Goldspark Property Maintenance. It’s always a pleasure collaborating with local tradesmen who hold their work to the same high standards we do. 🤝

We shall be back next week to paint , ready for Goldspark to work their magic and fit the new kitchen 👌 Then back the week after to carry on with the renovation, so stay tuned to see how the rest of the property comes together 🔥

🏗️ DOWNSTAIRS TRANSFORMATION COMPLETED! 🛠️

We’ve crossed the finish line on a layout overhaul today for the team over at United Rentals in Brigg! 👏

We have been back in Brigg today to give this project the final finishing touches now the flooring is down 👌

Here is what the downstairs part of the project consisted of-
✅ Old locker room & disabled toilet ➡️ Converted into a brand-new, modern toilet area
✅ Old single toilet ➡️ Converted into a fresh new shower room
✅ Old canteen ➡️ Completely transformed into a spacious new locker room

A massive thank you to United Rentals for trusting us with their facility upgrade, and shout out to all the partnered trades who helped us bring this layout reshuffle together! 🤝

Bathroom boarded and skimmed in Barton-upon-humber 🛁🛠

Ceiling was boarded by the customer prior to our arrival, which left us with the walls to sort 🙏

Transforming homes and gardens in Broughton! 🏡✨

We love it when a customers come back to us, and it was an absolute pleasure heading back to Broughton over the last two days to sort out a few different external rendering with a Tyrolean finish jobs 👌

✅️Garage Wall Transformation: We applied a high-quality external render base coat, followed by a durable, weather-resistant Tyrolean finish to ensure long-term protection

✅️Garden Wall Completion: The client had successfully applied the initial render coat themselves. We were brought in to provide the specialist texturing, applying a consistent Tyrolean coat to elevate the final appearance of the garden.

✅️Front panel Crack Repairs: Due to the movement of underlying staggered breeze blocks, several structural cracks had developed on the front of the property. We systematically repaired the structural defects, stabilised the substrate, beaded in metal mesh, pointed up and applied a matching Tyrolean finish to seamlessly blend with the existing elevation and restore the property's kerb appeal.

All ready for the customer to paint if the weather holds out 😬

🏗️ CURRENT PROJECT: Major Transformation at United Rentals in Brigg! 🛠️

We are back on-site and incredibly proud to be handling a full commercial renovation for the team over at United Rentals in Brigg.

This project is a massive layout reshuffle and after only 2 weeks the transformation is already well underway👌

Here is what we are turning around for them:

✅️Converting the old locker room and disabled toilet into a brand-new, modern toilet area.
✅️ Extending the old canteen to create a spacious, updated locker room.
✅️️ Converting the old single toilet into a new shower room
✅️ Building a completely new canteen area from the ground up for the staff to enjoy
✅️️Freshly painted throughout
✅️️New flooring in Toilets, Locker room , shower room and new canteen

From structural changes to that perfectly smooth, paint-ready finish, our team is hard at work making sure every wall and ceiling is flawless😍

And that is a wrap on another busy week! 🛠️

We finished off the week by transforming a dated, patterned Artex bedroom ceiling in Gainsborough into a perfectly smooth, modern finish with a fresh overskim.

What a difference it makes to the room😍

The trowels are now clean and packed away because we are officially on holiday. We are taking the next 10 days off to celebrate my birthday, spend time with family and enjoy a well-earned rest. 🎂✈️

Ceiling patch completed today in Scotter 📍

Plumber had cut out the ceiling to do his repairs then we've boarded and patched in the ceiling ready for the customer to re-paint 👌
