VIP Services can provide the full range of planning services. We offer cost-effective advice and can work on a fixed fee, or hourly/daily rate. All fees are agreed prior to the commission commencing and adhered to throughout.
Based in Lincolnshire we are a flexible and pro-active consultancy who can work around your needs and will happily meet you on site or at your place of business or home.
We will review your planning issue at no cost to you, through an initial free meeting, and only provide you with a fee quote if we know we can help.
We will observe the byelaws, regulations and ethical guidelines of the Royal Town Planning Institute. We accept instructions to act for clients on the basis that we will act in accordance with those guidelines.

We have 50 years’ experience between us and know how to collaborate with Councils to ensure that the planning process is as smooth as possible. We have specific knowledge in dealing with major planning applications, working with multi-disciplinary teams of consultants and mapping the path from scheme inception to delivery. Your planning application, appeal, local review and/or site promotion is our priority.
