The new steps are in!!! Lots of the regulars have been asking for these for a long time! The water level is slowly coming back up to. We also now have our fresh water shower installed for the sauna. See you soon!

Come and join us for a beautiful evening dedicated to deep relaxation, restoration and connection.
Be guided by Jo Oliver and Julia Sanders through a multi-sensory experience combining the warmth and ancient traditions of a Finnish inspired sauna ritual followed the deeply calming vibrations of a sound bath.
Allow yourself to slow down, switch off from the outside world and simply breathe, relax and be present. Expect soothing sounds, warmth, beautiful aromas and moments of stillness designed to leave you feeling rejuvenated, grounded and deeply relaxed.
