This amazing property in Curzon Place - Gateshead had been on the market for over a year with two estate agents.

When they came to 10Homes. I assumed that there might be an issue with the property which had stopped it from selling.

However, as time would tell, their previous agents had simply not been working hard to find a buyer, using poor quality photography, providing very little info on the property, and at times not even following up viewings.
