We are in desperate need of a four+ bedroom apartment or house (would consider 2x 2bed) ideally furnished. The ideal location would be within 1.5 miles from Newcastle city centre however we would consider Sunderland for the right property.

We work very closely with contractors working in the north-east and have become inundated with requirements for property, if you know anyone who has properties in these areas please let us know.

We will be looking to take this on a long-term lease so win-win for everybody involved 🤞👌
