Our building is a labyrinth of little back shop spaces and once included Roots and Muy Canny as part of it's footprint. You'd be surprised at how it winds around them.

It was built in the mid 1800s we think and as such, in a conservation area is a bit of b****r to maintain. There's always something and with it's age it can be a nightmare.

BGD maintenance is my
go- to to help solve any conundrum we have. He always does a cracking job, leaves things tidy and is more than fair with his pricing. I'd definitely recommend him if you're looking for general help with household maintenance jobs and I've heard he's a dab hand at gardening as well!
