CGL Change Grow Live 🫶🤗

A Gateshead woman has paid tribute to "life-changing" support from the Change, Grow, Live recovery service in the town centre, which she said had "turned her life around" ❤️

Carolyn Bainbridge, 30, said she had been at her "bitter end" three years ago, struggling with addiction.

Now Carolyn has completed a range of rehabilitation courses and even supports others at the service.

Speaking at an event highlighting how it works to join up with the healthcare available at community venues like the recovery centre through the Gateshead women's health hub, she highlighted how transformational the impact had been.

Wow what an AMAZING refresher this week! A Whopping 10 RETURNING learners on 1 course!
