This job was a complete gut-out. All existing units, carpets, and fixtures were removed, leaving the room ready to start from fresh, including the basin vanity unit and shower.
A new stud wall was constructed to divide the room and create a new ensuite bathroom. The ensuite included new skirting, door and architrave, WC, vanity unit, towel radiator, flooring and Lino.
All walls were re-plastered, fully painted and decorated. New spotlights were installed in both the bedroom and ensuite, and new carpets were fitted throughout.
What an amazing transformation I also partnered with KL property developers on this job with the carpentry work we always collaborate and would highly recommend them .

Another bathroom transformation completed by Baxter's Plumbing & Property Services.

This project features a modern walk-in shower, large format wall tiles, recessed shower niche with feature lighting, wood-effect flooring and warm timber feature panelling to create a clean, contemporary finish.

Attention to detail is what makes the difference on projects like these. From the initial preparation through to the finishing touches, every aspect of the installation was completed with quality, functionality and longevity in mind.

🚨 Another Repair Job Following Poor Workmanship 🚨

Called out to a toilet that had previously fallen through the floor. Unfortunately, the previous repair had been carried out using sections of fencing timber to support the WC, and screws had been driven directly through pipework.

Not only is this extremely unsafe, but it also caused significant water damage to the property.

We removed the unsafe repair work and installed the correct flooring support to ensure the toilet was safe, secure, and fitted properly.

This is a reminder that choosing experienced and reliable tradespeople is so important. While a cheaper repair may seem appealing initially, poor workmanship can often lead to much more costly damage in the long run.
