Content Creator / Social Media Manager
📍 Glasgow & Lanarkshire (Remote with On-Location Filming)�🕒 Part-Time Opportunity�💼 Property / Estate Agency Sector
The Role
We are looking for someone who can take ownership of our social media presence and create engaging content that showcases our properties, brand, and local expertise. This is primarily a remote role, however, you will be required to attend property locations across Glasgow and Lanarkshire to film and capture content.
Key Responsibilities
• Creating engaging video content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)�• Filming property tours, promotional content, and brand-focused videos�• Planning and managing social media content calendars�• Editing video content and producing high-quality, engaging posts�• Writing captions and social media copy aligned with our brand tone�• Monitoring social media performance and engagement�• Suggesting creative marketing ideas and content strategies�• Keeping up to date with social media trends and applying them to property marketing
Requirements
• Proven experience in content creation and social media management�• Strong video filming and editing skills (essential)�• Ability to travel to properties across Glasgow and Lanarkshire�• Creative mindset with strong attention to detail�• Good understanding of social media platforms and current trends�• Strong organisational and time management skills�• Ability to work independently and manage workload remotely�• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle (essential)
Desirable Skills
• Experience working within property, estate agency, or similar sectors�• Photography skills�• Knowledge of social media analytics and paid advertising�• Graphic design skills (Canva, Adobe, etc.)
