Bought a bungalow in Cornwall March 2023. Had a tenant move in straight away. I knew their stay was only going to be temporary. When they moved out, I had some walls replastered, cladding in the bathroom, electrics updated and a brand new kitchen. New tenant moving in shortly.

Bought this cottage 2017. Took back to the bare bones and started again. I always wanted to pull down lath and plaster ceiling or wall, got the opportunity twice with this one. Bought at auction, took 3 months to fully renovate. Yes I used colour on the walls! There was no way I was going to use plain colours or even white. The ceilings and woodwork are almond white. Lived in this property for 3 years, and now its rented.

I've loved property ever since I was a young girl. Used to drive past this particular property with my parents all the time. I used to wish I could own it so I could cut down the trees in front of the house, paint it a different colour and change the windows. Well, dreams can come true. I got to buy and do this beauty up. It had a huge bedroom and landing. Therefore, we turned the stairs around, created a galleried landing and split the large bedroom into two. Made a healthy profit on it to. This was 2007.

Millendreath near Looe. Bought a villa originally that was in the valley. A couple of years later I swapped it for one on the hillside which needed a full renovation. Absolutely lovely location and ran as a very successful holiday let over 3 years. However the development as a whole, was not being managed very well. Therefore I decided to sell. Also all my capital was tied up in it and I couldn't finance the property. Great shame.

3 bed semi bought end of February 2020. Bought off market and well below GDV. Just needed an update throughout, kitchen and bathroom didn't need changing. Property is now let. Could of let this over and over so much interest. In a lovely road in Bodmin. Have one very happy tenant. This one is a keeper.

Latest project which still needs to be finished. But there's no hurry as I'm living in the property with no plans to move soon. This had to be the dirtiest property I've ever renovated. This was bought last April 2020. Took longer than I would have liked due to different issues.
