Good Morning ,

I hope your having a great start to this fine Thursday Morning.

My name is Michael Phillips and i am the owner and Director of Minted Property Ltd and I started Minted Property 3 Years ago from nothing and manage to make this business work and i have enjoyed every second of it and getting to know lots of great people along the way. Today 1st of August marks the end of this chapter and I would like to inform that Minted Property is now going to stop trading from immediate effect and our doors is now closed for good.

I would like to take this oppertunity to thank the amazing landlords that I have had the privilage to work with. The amazing tenants that I was lucky to help with finding their next home. I would like to thank every contractor who has helped Minted Property be successful and help with repairs and anything else to properties for me and the landlords Minted Property represented.

I have had a ball for the last 3 years working as a one man show and wouldn't change it for the world.
