Today we are delighted to welcome the big bounce festival to Orchard Park Centre.

The centre will be hosting small stories today from 10.30am.

The Big Bounce festival brings simple, exciting science to the East End of Glasgow. Enjoy a day out with your whole family and get involved with magnets, crafts, rainbows, galaxies and stilt-walkers. Hands-on activities, interactive shows and workshops let parents and kids alike connect easily with science.

The Orchard Park Centre Mental Health Hub For The Local Community.

Pop in to the centre that provides a great brew and a place to chat.

Are you feeling isolated?
Do you need someone to listen?

We know how important it is to stay connected in these unprecedented and uncertain times. When it comes to mental health it can be uncomfortable to open up and talk about it, but with so many people suffering in silence – particularly as a result of the pandemic, it can be a struggle to get the help and advice you need. It can also be really worrying if you or someone you care about about is going through a difficult time and we’re here to provide some guidance and signposting.

The Orchard Park Centre is open to everyone and is staffed by volunteer mental health first aiders and therapists who will provide you with guidance and the opportunity to talk openly with someone that understands how you are feeling.
The Orchard Park Mental Health Hub will initially run monthly events and the first is on Wednesday 8th June from 6.30pm to 8.30pm.

All rooms are available to hire by the hour with a minimum hire of four hours.
