🛏️ Our proposals incorporate student and potentially other residential accommodation for around 500 residents on the upper levels of the building.

🛍️ New commercial units at street level would ensure occupancy and dynamism on one of Glasgow's main thoroughfares.

🚶 Restoring the historic arcade link between Sauchiehall Street and Renfrew Street will ensure permeability through one of the city's main arteries.
