We were recently asked to pay Β£50 for a bathroom renovation quote from a contractor that we have given a fair amount of work to in the past.

I’m torn. I want my team and partners to be paid fairly for their time, but I also see quoting as a fundamental part of business development and we have never paid for a quote before.
