Our site is based in Hillington, 2 miles from Glasgow Airport and a few minutes from the motorway. es on our doorstep. We currently have a wide variety of tenents. Located in our larger units ( approx 22-44,000 sq ft) we have large exporters of defence solutions, window suppliers and recycled packaging. While our smaller units (400-1000 sq ft) house car body work repairers, dental workshops and caterers. Our office spaces (200-4000 sq ft) are also well occupied by mortgage advisors,architects, car dealers and mail order sellers. Unlike other property developers/letters, we are based on site and can be contacted at any time. We are delighted to assist our tenents and grow together. We hope to encourage all types of business to get in touch if we can be of any assistance in providing accommodation. We are willing to develop units and come to agreements with tenents in order to meet their needs and support their business on an ongoing basis.

There is a power cut affecting all of Hillington. SP Energy networks have confirmed that power will be up by 19:15.

This is not something we have any control over, however we have been on to the energy network to confirm they are working on it.
