Two recent successes, both a wee while in the making:

On behalf of Kingsmead, the acquisition at Station Road, Kemnay providing a redeveloped 6,039 sq ft Co-op convenience store which is now complete and in the latter stages of tenant fit out for opening at the end of next week.

On behalf of Westerwood, a land sale to McDonalds drive thru which gained planning consent at committee this morning. Likely completion ( following purification of conditions) will occur in the Autumn, with the build through early 2023.

27 St John Street, Perth PH1 : Sale of heritable (freehold) interest in vacant former John Gillespie Hair Salon on behalf of private investor clients. Sub-instructed J&E Shepherd and managed the disposal, achieving the asking price.

49 Shillinghill, Alloa FK10 : Re-letting of 6,672 sq ft retail unit to Poundland on a new 5 year lease.

Site at Jct 1a, M74, Polmadie Road, Glasgow: Acquisition of 0.5 acre plot on a heritable (freehold) basis for development as a Starbucks drive thru. Adjacent to proposed facilities for Storage Vault self storage and EuroGarages filling station.

24-26 Wilson Street, Merchant City, Glasgow G1 : Letting of Class 2 consented ground floor premises to a new aesthetic medical clinic on a new 10 year lease.

Recently announced acquisition on Ingram Street, Glasgow.

Ditchfield Property were delighted to represent Bo Concept Scotland in site identification and detailed negotiation of terms for the new lease.

Currently going through the Building Warrant process, prior to what will no doubt be a top quality fit out.

Next door to Gant and Armani, this Merchant City location is a major statement by the brand after closing their Sauchiehall Street store and opening pop up stores in Buchanan Galleries and Princes Square (deals where DitchProp also advised).
