Cernach Housing Association is a community based Housing Association operating in the Drumchapel area of Glasgow. We're a 'not for profit' organisation and a recognised Scottish Charity. The Association owes its origins to stock transfer. Since the Association's inception in 1991, we have completed four stock transfers from Glasgow City Council and Glasgow Housing Association and completed thirtee

n phases of improvement and new build providing mainstream housing for rent, sale and for shared ownership. We provide 850 homes for rent and for shared ownership and a factoring service to 140 owners. Our housing stock is varied and includes new build homes built between 1994 and 2021 and post war housing stock purchased from Glasgow Housing Association. This page will inform tenants of news, events and feedback. You can also report repairs, housing enquiries and give compliments and complaints about service.
