The Pearce Institute, affectionately known as the PI, has been at the heart of the Govan community since 1906. The PI is home to a wide range of community groups and social economy organisations sharing the common aim of meeting the needs of the people of Govan. With a wide range of accomodation the PI can offer organisations an ideal venue for meetings, conferences, social functions, recreational

pursuits and leisure activities. The aim of this page is to provide a notice board for groups operating in the Govan area and in the PI. If you would like to find out more about what's going on or prices for venue hire please get in touch.

Hi, this coming Thursday, 23rd at 6.30pm we have a very unique young lady called Lyndsay coming in to do some make up demonstrations. It's a great deal more than just how to apply foundation, but more on if you have a problem, e.g. acne scars, etc. how to disguise them and look good. I met Lyndsay for the first time yesterday and was really inspired by her courage, let's support her. Liz McCaffrey.

The Pearce Institute has undergone a great deal of refurbishment and the various rooms are now ready for hire for functions, events and conferences.
